PNIA Main Event (Day 1A): Poker Hall Of Fame Nominee Eli Elezra Takes His Seat

Level 4 (200/400/50)
Total Entrants: 22

It should be a busy weekend for Eli Elezra as he is playing in both the Poker Night “Cash Game” along with the PNIA Main Event.

The arrival of the Pittsburgh Poker Open at the Rivers Poker Room along with the Poker Night in America “Cash Game” has drawn some of poker’s most recognizable names to Western Pennsylvania. One the players who are playing in both the main event and “Cash Game” is none other than 2016 Poker Hall of Fame Nominee Eli Elezra.

For anyone who watched poker on television in the last decade, Elezra is no need of an extended introduction. Known for his friendly table manner and warm presence, Elezra was featured prominently on “Poker After Dark” and “High Stakes Poker” along with appearances on World Series of Poker broadcasts. In between his television exploits, Elezra has put together a fantastic tournament resume that includes over $3,100,000 in career earnings and three World Series of Poker bracelets.

He may not travel as much as he once did for tournaments, but Elezra is still putting in quality results. In September, Elezra ran deep in the Borgata World Poker Tour event and notched 10 cashes in this summer’s WSOP.

This weekend’s Poker Night “Cash Game” lineup is set to feature some of best names in the game and Elezra will be among them. Should he find a way to make his way through this weekend’s main event final table, there may yet be another TV appreance in waiting for Elezra.
