Level 1 (75/150/25)
It has been a great week of poker inside the Rivers Poker Room and the action is only getting warmed up with the start of the Pittsburgh Poker Open $100,000 Guaranteed Main Event. Today marks the first of two Day 1 sessions as play is set to get started at 12:00 pm.
Players will start their main event journey with 40,000 chip and play 14 45-minute levels on Day 1. Late registration and re-entry will remain open through the start of Level 10, which will hit at approximately 7:15 pm. Day 2 levels will be 60 minutes long before Day 3’s final table, at which point they will then be 90 minutes. A full structure sheet can be found here.
With a Matt Glantz-designed structure in place, there will be more than enough play throughout the course of the event for all players. Due to Day 3’s live stream final table, Day 2 will play down to an official final table of five before returning on Monday.
It should be another fantastic Pittsburgh Poker Open final table and the Rivers Poker Room blog will be here until a new champion is crowned.
