The second flight of the Three Rivers Poker Challenge is nearing its start. 16 total entrants took their seats yesterday in pursuit of a title and three found bags to move on to Sunday’s Day 2. Connor Arlia currently holds the clubhouse lead after finishing off a strong second half of Day 1A with 420,000.
Play is set to go for 10 60-minute levels today with late registration and re-entry open until the start of Level 7. There will be an hour long dinner break after Level 6 meaning players will have until approximately 7:30pm to get in on the action. Players in today’s field will start with 50,000 in chips giving all entrants regardless of time of entry, room to play comfortably.
All survivors from Day 1B will join the three from Day 1A tomorrow at 12:00pm to play down to what will likely be a winner. We will see a much larger field for Day 1B than the 16 who entered yesterday and the Rivers Poker Blog will be here to cover it all.
