TRPC (Day 1A): Travis Hartshorn Returns To Rivers Almost A Millionaire

TRPC Main Event
Level 3 (100/200)
Total Entries: 16

One of the more popular tournaments on the entire poker calendar is the World Series of Poker’s “Millionaire Maker” event that guarantees a first place prize of $1,000,000 to the winner of the event. This year’s edition of the $1,500 buy in event drew 7,190 entrants and one of the players in today’s field made a deep run in that event and will look to build on that success in the TRPC Main Event.

Out of 7,190 entrants in the 2016″Millionaire Maker” Travis Hartshorn finished 24th, good for his best career cash which earned him $37,845. Hartshorn had a better finish in mind but his deep run was cut short following a spell of bad luck late on Day 3 of the event. Hartshorn has experienced past success at Rivers as he took home the “Deepstack” title earlier this year at the Pittsburgh Poker Open for a $16,600 score. Hartshorn is here early on Day 1A looking to add a Main Event title to his recent poker accolades.
