Jonathan Love came into heads up play against facing an uphill climb against John Kulp, but he recently found a double to hang in the Poker Night in America Main Event.

Facing a fairly overwhelming deficit coming into heads up play against John Kulp, Jonathan Love had little room to wait for a big hand to come his way. Luckily for him, he was able to find his big hand and double up as a result.

Picking up the action on a flop of J♣76 both players checked to the 6♠ turn. From there, Kulp checked to Love who bet 85,000. Kulp came over the top with a check-raise to 200,000. Love wasted little time in moving all in for 1,565,000 total. Kulp wasted little time in calling with J♠10 and saw he was far behind the K♣6♣ of Love.

Kulp needed to find a jack on the river but instead saw a brick hit and shipped the chips over to Love who now holds about 3,350,000.

Love still has a long way to go, but is off on the right foot so far.
